These terms govern your use of the public marketing website at refractsoftware.com — the site you are reading right now. They are not a software subscription agreement, license, or order form.

They do not govern use of the separate REFRACT SaaS application that customer organizations access at their own subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.refractsoftware.com). That application is a different system and, if REFRACT publishes SaaS-specific terms, they will live separately from this document — nothing here should be read as a subscription, license, service-level, or support commitment for that product.

You may browse and use this website for its intended purpose: learning about REFRACT, and requesting a demo or contacting REFRACT. You agree not to use it in a way that violates applicable law or the restrictions in Prohibited misuse below.

Content on this website — including product descriptions, industry pages, and the FAQ — is provided for general informational purposes and may change over time as REFRACT's product and public documentation evolve. It is not a specification, quote, or binding commitment regarding any particular feature, capability, or timeline.

This website has no self-service checkout, and submitting the Demo or Contact form does not, by itself, create a software subscription, purchase, or any other binding commercial agreement with REFRACT. Those forms only start a conversation; any actual commercial relationship would be established separately, in writing.

The REFRACT name, logo, and the content, design, and layout of this website belong to REFRACT or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this website for their intended informational purpose, but may not copy, reproduce, or reuse REFRACT's branding, logo, or website content for another purpose without permission.

As published, this website does not link out to any third-party site. If a third-party link is added in the future (for example, to an external scheduling tool or a status page), REFRACT is not responsible for that third party's content or practices, and linking to it does not imply an endorsement.
